I’m Siris, a headshot photograher in Glasgow. I take actors’ headshots as well as artist portraits.
I believe that photography is a collaborative process and I’ll walk you through it, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

There are four main aspects that create a great portrait:
The connection with the photographer
The lighting
The shape (or pose)
The edit

C I’m a Meisner trained actress and bring my experience as an actor to the shoot. I love honest and raw photos. If you’re nervous about having your photo taken, no worries. You’ll warm up during the session and most likely we’ll have a laugh too! You can choose the music you enjoy and I’ll be guiding you through the entire session.

L I love working in the studio where I have control over the light. Whether it’s a moody look, half in shadow, noir style, or a sunny and bright portrait, I can make it happen. If you have a specific idea - just let me know!

S While we chat away, I’ll help you strike a pose. I’ll let you know if there are any stray hairs or crinkles in your clothing and correct your posture.

E I don’t over-edit. No airbrushing away the features of your face, like freckles, or natural fine lines. I believe in showing you authentically, but in the best light.

While my focus lies on portraits, I have done a variety of projects from a boudoir shoot on Hampstead Heath, to events like a Wim Wenders Q&A for the Curzon Cinema.
